KarmaJets.com does not own or operate any aircraft or air charter operators and is not a direct or indirect air carrier. All flight arrangements for any quote request sent using this site will be contracted directly between customer and third-party charter jet operators and/or brokers. KarmaJets.com will not be a party to these contracts. When you complete a trip request, your information will be sent to either a charter operator advertiser on the KarmaJets.com site and/or a charter broker. In this instance, all flight arrangements will be contracted between customer and that charter operator advertiser and/or charter broker. KarmaJets.com will not be a party to these contracts. For jet membership requests, your information will be sent to an advertiser who provides jet card and/or jet membership services. In this instance, all arrangements for services will be contracted between customer and the advertiser providing jet card and/or jet membership services. KarmaJets.com will not be a party to these contracts. KarmaJets.com is provided on an "As-Is" basis. By using our the services, you agree that the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the service and the completeness and accuracy of the content is assumed solely by you.
